APPETIZER Bruschetta, tumazzu (cheese), aubergine caponata, Sardinian allinguata

FIRST CHOICE BETWEEN: Fish Cous Cous, Busiate with Trapani-style pesto and aubergines. “Pasta a milanisa” (sardines, fennel, salted anchovies, breadcrumbs), “Pasta ca cucuzza fritta” (fried courgettes, mint, basil, oil), pasta alla norma.

ONE SECOND CHOICE from four available, including for example fish allardiatu, fish

ammudricatu, beccaficu sardines, tongued sardines etc.

A SIDE OF YOUR CHOICE green salad, mixed salad, tomato, famasa salad (tomato, onion, olives, oregano)

- Excursion to the Zingaro and Faraglioni of Scopello BY SEA: from 10:00 to 14:30 with the experience of preparing "cunzatu bread" included in the price of €35.00 per adult and € 30.00 per person up to 10 years old (minimum 6 people). Extra tuna tasting €10.00 per person.

- Nature excursion to Zingaro BY LAND: €15.00 per person + entrance ticket €5.00 from pay directly on site, the village will also offer 1 piece of "Pani Cunzatu" prepared with the help of customers before departure.

- Excursion to the Makari viewpoint with the possibility of seeing the sunset €10.00 per person (minimum 5 people) with San Vito aperitif offered by the Village.
